HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!
Just got back from a tip-up trip for BIG pike.  A group of 6 of us landed over 15 pike with the smallest coming in at 32" and the big dawg coming in at 41".  We used tip-ups with 500 foot spools that was wound with Mason line (Concrete String)...  For bait we used everything from Live Suckers, Huge Shiners, and frozen smelt.  With six guys we had out the 12 tip-ups and on 5 of the tip-ups we had the Predator Teaser Leaders with quick strike rigs ready and waiting below the TL... On the other 7 tip-ups we had them set with a simple quick strike rig.  With the tip-ups, we put them in a rectangle formation with the farthest three tip-ups set 70-75 yards from the trucks.  We marked all the tip-up locations with buckets, boots, or what ever else we had in the trucks to indicate the locations.

After setting them out we took up our positions in camp chairs, cracked open a few beverages, and waited with excitement.  Then BAM, first flag up...  I went running as fast a fat guy can and got to the flag...  Boom 34 incher on a Glow Teaser...  After a few quick photos the pike was released and the tip-up was re-baited and ready to go.  During the next 8 hours we managed to watch 24 flags spring up, and iced 14 pike.  The Teaser Leaders out fished the plain Quick Strike set-up 2 to 1...  The durability and the amount of abuse those leaders took was amazing..  All the pike were C-P-R (Catch-Photo-Released)..  You can see a few of the pikes in the online gallery under Northern Pike(look for the guys wearing the red Hard Water Ware Suits by Strikemaster). See one example below...

Going back next weekend if the pond allows us to travel on it- of course by 4-wheelers now!!!!
